Twenty people from the New Orleans community, including a baker, a poet, an enthusiast, a classical dancer, and a museum archivist, will perform “duet” for one hour. Sunday, March 22, 2020, at 6:30pm sharp POSTPONED

A live performance In which six women reconstruct a deconsecrated church using a sheet, a bathtub, their voices, & their bodies. At the end of the performance, the church disappears.

A collaborative project between local musicians and dancers, KNOWN MASS is a non-narrative work exploring the dynamics of sound and movement and celebrating gravity: the force of attraction that exists between all physical bodies. New music composed by Jasper den Hartigh.
